The Crowne Plaza Belgrade hotel, part of the renowned global InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and under the management of the prestigious domestic company Delta Real Estate, stands as the leading business and congress hotel in the region.

Upholding the exceptionally high standards of a five-star property, this architectural symbol of New Belgrade welcomes hundreds of international delegations, business leaders, and tourists daily. In a facility of such high renown, where the flawless appearance of the entrance zone, supreme hygiene, and guest safety are never left to chance, equipment durability must be of the highest caliber.

Driven by long-standing trust and successful partnership, STILMAT proudly stands as a multi-year partner of Delta Real Estate, outfitting and protecting all their key properties with professional entrance mat systems. The ultimate proof of this synergy and our brand's market superiority was recently demonstrated during the maintenance and modernization project of the entrance zones at the Crowne Plaza hotel.

A circular mat from another manufacturer, which had been supplied as a package deal with the doors themselves, was originally installed in the hotel's main revolving (circular) doors. Under the impact of continuous, extremely heavy foot traffic and outdoor elements, that mat quickly deteriorated and completely lost its functionality. The hotel management faced the reality that the original supplier does not offer and cannot provide any service or refurbishment for their products, which would normally demand a repeated, expensive purchase of an entirely new system.

In line with a long-standing tradition of quality, STILMAT provided the definitive solution. The entire system within the revolving doors was replaced with a brand-new, high-quality STILMAT circular aluminum mat, custom-engineered to surgeon-like precision.

Concurrently, at the other main entrances of the hotel—where STILMAT mats had been previously installed—our greatest market advantage was put on full display. Instead of being discarded and replaced, these existing mats were successfully dismantled, completely serviced, and refurbished at our production facility. Worn textile and rubber inserts were replaced, the aluminum framework was thoroughly cleaned, and the mats were restored to their original, factory-new appearance and full functionality.

This highly professional intervention was completed to the complete satisfaction of the Crowne Plaza hotel management and the Delta Real Estate group. It has once again proven in practice that STILMAT is the only player on the market offering a complete maintenance loop and long-term savings to investors, solidifying why we remain a decades-long and the only logical choice for the most prestigious facilities in the country.
