Building K2 has 8 floors and 108 residential units, characterized by an architectural style inspired by New York Art Deco buildings.

STILMAT doormats fit perfectly into these luxury facilities within BW.
Stilmat has been successfully cooperating with all construction companies within the BW project since 2020. Several of the first buildings were equipped with doormats from another manufacturer, which quickly proved to be inadequate and of poor quality. In addition, they were not crafted precisely and appropriately for the openings of those facilities. As the builders realized all these shortcomings and problems, the choice logically came down to Stilmat. What we would also like to emphasize is that the majority of the BW tenants themselves insisted that if they can already choose for their money, because they pay for the replacement of those poor-quality doormats, they only want Stilmat doormats for their entrances. Yet another proof that, in the end, quality and professionalism pay off.
