Stilmat brand stands out by the highest quality workmanship and used elements (all profiles are protected by anodizing, the strongest construction, most durable connections, the best, the fastest and most precise manufacture). The production process follows the constant quality control, which includes all relevant factors of production conditions, the results of testing during the production, control of raw materials and production records. Stilmat guarantee for the construction (profile, connection, etc.)  for the period of 3 to 5 years from the purchase date. Cleaning elements, which are subject to normal wear are excluded from  warranty. Stilmat  is liable under the guarantee for its products, if the damage results from faults of sold products.

Warranty does not cover:

• mechanical damage caused by improper use of products (e.g. damage resulting from turning, pulling, pushing, passing with heavy devices – especially cleaning machines and forklift trucks or sharp objects),
• damage arising from poor selection of product type for real or expected operating conditions (traffic, transport trolleys load, etc.)
• damage resulting from poor storage and transportation,
• damage caused by ill-fitting or alterations,
• reduction of function due to lack of appropriate maintenance (cleaning, chewing gum removal, replacement of damaged inserts).
