Lastavice is a modern and architecturally striking residential-commercial complex located in one of the most dynamic areas of New Belgrade — Block 58, directly across from the Delta City shopping mall. This complex was designed with the idea of providing residents with premium comfort, contemporary design, and functionality tailored to the fast-paced rhythm of life in the capital's business center.
As a facility that attracts a large number of residents, visitors, and business professionals, Lastavice requires solutions that can withstand high-frequency foot traffic while maintaining an impeccable aesthetic appearance. Because of this, the investors recognized the importance of details that make a difference from the very first step, entrusting the protection of the interior spaces to the market leader.
The professional aluminum entrance mats for this luxury facility were provided by STILMAT. These systems are not only aesthetically coordinated with the modern facade and luxury lobby of the Lastavice complex, but they also play a crucial role in maintaining hygiene and safety. They effortlessly stop moisture, mud, and dirt right at the entrance, protecting the flooring inside the building and reducing the risk of slipping, which gives residents an added sense of security and care dedicated to every detail of their new home.
