August 2025 brought yet another great success in the retail chain sector for our company. The new Lidl store in Smederevo, one of two in this city, located at Hajduk Stankova 2, has joined the list of successfully equipped facilities. This is just another one in a long line of Lidl facilities that choose our brand with full confidence.
The collaboration that started a few years ago has grown into a partnership—ever since, Stilmat company has been supplying all Lidl facilities across the entire region.
What makes this story special is the fact that Stilmat managed to outperform and officially replace the world’s largest mat manufacturing company, which had been the untouchable global supplier of this retail chain for years. Stilmat achieved this victory across the entire market, and not just on individual projects. How did we manage to do that? Simply put—we offered more.
Stilmat proved to be a much faster, more cost-effective, and more efficient partner, but the key advantage lies in our “all-in-one” approach. Unlike foreign competition that only offers the product, Stilmat provides its clients with a complete service: from the installation itself and urgent interventions, all the way to professional servicing. By taking over the care of the entire process, we have shown that domestic quality and dedication leave even the biggest global competitive names in the shade.
