K-District is located in Dorćol, in the oldest part of the city – Kalemegdan, in the area of the former industrial zone. It is a modern residential and business complex, overlooking the Danube and Sava.
The investors of the K-District project are the Dutch company Pinnacle and the Serbian Agans Invets.
